THIS INDENTURE, made the 125! day of 1999 BETWEEN
JOHN V. SAWICKI, residing at 1900 Deep Hole Drive, Mattituck, New York 11952 and
BARBARA CHUDIAK, residing at 4300 Bergen Avenue, Mattituck, New York 11952, as joint
tenants with the right of survivorship
party of the first part,
JOHN V. SAWICKI, residing at 1900 Deep Hole Drive, Mattituck, New York 11952
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of TEN (510.00) dollars,
lawful money of the United States paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto
the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being at Mattituck in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, State of New York, bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument at the westerly side of Deep Hole Drive (West Branch) distant 1870.25 feet
southerly when measured along the westerly side of Deep Hole Drive (West Branch) from the comer
formed by the intersection of Deep Hole Drive (West Branch) with the southerly side of New Suffolk
Averme;.running thence South 30 degrees 11 minutes 20 seconds East along the westerly side of Deep Hole
Drive (West Branch) 100 feet to a monument and land now or formerly of Katherine Kennelly; running
thence South 59 degrees 48 minutes 40 seconds West along said last mentioned land 205.50 feet to the
highwater mark of Deep Hole Creek and the westerly side of a bulkhead; thence North 20 degrees 07
minutes 00 seconds West along the highwater mark of Deep Hole Creek and along the westerly side of said
bulkhead 101.56 feet to the land now or formerly of Edmund Nash; thence North 59 degrees 48 minutes 40
seconds East along said mentioned land 187.75 feet to the monument on the westerly side of Deep Hole
Drive (West Branch) at the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the parties of the first part by deed dated
September 25, 1991 recorded in the Office of the Cleric of the County of Suffolk in Liber 11360 page 212.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof.
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said
premises.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
