ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at Laurel, Town of
Southold,County of Suffolk and State of New York,known and designated as Lots 39 and
part of Lot 38 and 40 on a certain map entitled, "Map of Laurel Park" and filed in the Office
of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk as Map No. 212, being bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of North Oakwood Road,distant 320 feet from
the corner formed by the intersection of the easterly side of North Oakwood Road and the
northerly side of Peconic Bay Boulevard;
RUNNING THENCE along the easterly side of North Oakwood Road, North 19 degrees
