THENCE North 39 degrees 57 minutes 50 seconds East, 270.58 feet;
THENCE South 46 degrees 18 minutes 00 seconds East, 25.05 feet;

THENCE South 32 degrees 11 minutes 40 seconds East, 150.35 feet to the Northwest

The permanent right of way and easement above described in
intended to and does hereby prohibit occupancy of said easement strip
by others including the party of the second part and to prohibit
surface or sub-surface structures which interfere with the said right
of way and easement;
The easement and right of way herein granted are covenants to run
with the land and shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of
the successors and assigns of the parties hereto.
The parties of the first part hereby agree that they and/or their
successors and assigns shall be responsible for their proportionate
share of the maintenance, cleaning and repair of a certain right of
way shown on minor subdivision of Ralph M. and Theresa Y. Asselta
dated October 1, 1971 by R. Van Tuyl, a portion of which is the
easement and right of way herein described.
