THIS INDENTURE,made the 25th day of Marcb,nineteen hundred and ninety nine
BETWEEN
EMANUEL SAVAS and HELEN A. SAVAS, as trustees of The
Emanuel Savas Living Trust, and HELEN A. SAVAS and
EMANUEL SAVAS, as trustees of The Helen A. Savas Living
Trust,residing at 40 South Park Avenue,Tenafly,New Jersey
party of the first part,and
PAUL J. McKEE and LUCILLE McKEE, his wife, residing at
20 Midland Street,Cold Spring Harbor,New York
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration paid by the
the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of

ALL that certain plot piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,lying and being at
Laurel, in the Town of Southold,County of Suffolk and State of New York,known and designated as Lot 4 on a certain map
entitled, "Map of Laurelwood Estates, Laurel, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York', survey completed July 15,
1969 by Van Tuyl&Son and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on 5/17/71 under File No. 5595.
TOGETHER with the right to use a certain beach and walkway thereto, designated on the subdivision map as "Park and
Playground" in common with others,for bathing,boating and other suitable recreational purposes.
TOGETHER with the right to use the roads within the subdivision for access to and from the said lot.

SAID PREMISES being the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by deed dated July 31,
on September 9, 1998 in Liber 11916 cp 26 in the office of the Suffolk County Clerk's Office.
SAID PREMISES being known as and by the street address Lot 4,Map of Laurelwood Estates,Southold,New York.
TOGETHER with all right,title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting the
above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the
party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the
second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the said
premises have been encumbered in any way whatever,except as aforesaid.
