erected, situate, lying and being at Cutchogue, in the Town of
Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, more particularly
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northeasterly side of Bridge Lane at the
south west corner of the herein described premises where the same is
intersected by the northwesterly side of land now or formerly of
Zayeski, said point or place of beginning being also distant 1081.73
feet northwesterly as measured along the northeasterly side of Bridge
Lane from the corner formed by the intersection of the northerly side
