WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
New York, known and designated as Lot 2 on a certain map entitled, "Map of
Moose Cove at East Cutchogue" and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the
County of Suffolk on August 30, 1960 as Map No. 3230, which said lot is
more particularly bounded and described as follows:
("y, BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Beebe Drive distant
173 .30 feet southerly when measured along the easterly side of Beebe Drive
from the corner formed by the intersection of the easterly side of Beebe
Drive with the southerly side of Eugene' s Road; running thence North 760
501 20" East 142 .16 feet; thence South 100 45 ' 10" East 150 .13 feet; thence
South 760 50 ' 20" West 135.85 feet to the easterly side of Beebe Drive;
thence North 130 09 ' 40" West along the easterly side of Beebe Drive 150 .00
feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of
the first part by deed dated July 2, 1969 and recorded in the Suffolk
County Clerk' s Office on July 10, 1969 in Liber 6562 Page 180 .
