TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, it any, of the party of the first part of, in and to any str, and
roads abutting the above-described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurl ices
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO ' ILD
the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the ly of

AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything reby

ALL that certain plot, piece, or parcel of land situate, lying and being at
Cutchogue, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known
and designated as Lot Number 29 on a certain map entitled, "Map of Country
Club Estates" :filed in the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office on October 17, 1978
as Map No . 6736 , said lot being more particularly bounded and described
according to said map as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Country Club Drive, at the
extreme westerly end of a curve connecting the northerly side of Country Drive
and the westerly side of Linden Avenue (a/k/a Moores Lane) ;
RUNNING THENCE from said point or place of beginning along the northerly side
of Country Club Drive North 79 degrees 55 minutes 10 seconds West 169 .27 feet
to the division line between lot 28 and lot 29 according to aforementioned
map;
RUNNING THENCE along said division line North 10 degrees 04 minutes 50 seconds
