PARCEL I - beginning at a point on the southerly side of a pri-
vate road known as Rabbit Lane, distant 690.28 feet easterly from
the corner formed by the intersection of the southerly side of
a Rabbit Lane with the easterly aide of Bay Avenue; thence along
the southerly side of Rabbit Lane, north 51°24140" east, 60 feet
to the westerly �iide of land now or formerly of Brown; thence
alongland of Brown, south 39052130" east, 116 feet to the north-
erly aide of Gardiners Bay; thence along the ordinary high water
mark of Gardiners Bay on a tie line bearing south 47°5b'30" west,
66.34 feet to the easterly side of land now or formerly of Cyriacks;
thence along land now or formerly of Cyriacks, north 36°48'30" west,
120 feet to the southerly side of Rabbit Lane, the point or place
of beginning.
PARCEL II - beginningat a point on the northerly side of Rabbit
Lane, distant 685.33 feet easterly troy the corner formed by the
intersection of the easterly side of Bay !Genua with the northerly
side of Rabbit Lane; thence along the easterly side of land now
or formerly of Hackett, north 34°12140" west, 152 feet to the
southerly line of Marion Lake; thence along Marion Lake, north
60°14130" east, 104 feet to the westerly line of land now or form-
erly of Brown; thence along land of Brown, south 34°12'40" east,
136 feet to the northerly side of Rabbit Lane; thence along the
northerly side of Rabbit Ime, south 51°24'40" wset, 104 feet to
the point or place of beginning.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party of
the first part, if any, under waters of Marlon Lake abutting the
premises; also a right of way over Rabbit Lane from the easterly
line of Bay Avenue to the southeasterly corner of the premises.
TOGETHER with all of the right, title and interest of the party
of the first part of, in and to a right of way 8 feet in width
running from the southerly line of Rabbit Lane southerly to the
ordinary high water mark of Gardiners Bay; the easterly and west-
erly linea of said right of way are parallel and on a course
