WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,

DIST. New York, bounded and described on Schedule A attached hereto and made a

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever file sense of this indenhtre So requires.

SCHEDULE A
DEED FROM GEORGE R. LATHAM, JR.
TO PRISCILLA LATHAM JAMIESON
ALL that certain piece or parcel of land situate at Orient,
Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, and State of New York,
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point where the westerly line of a certain 25
foot right-of-way hereinafter described intersects the center of
the: inlet leading from Pete Neck Creek to a certain salt pond;
running thence along said westerly line of said right-of-way, two
courses as follows: (1) South 140 42 ' 20" East, 225. 0 feet;
thence (2) South 44° 54' 20" East, 126. 21 feet to a concrete
monument set at the northwesterly corner of land conveyed or
about to be conveyed by the parties of the first part to Mary
Louise L. Blank; thence along the westerly line of said land and
passing through a concrete monument set about 201 feet southerly
along said line, South 290 261 10" West, 260 feet, more or less,
to the ordinary high water mark of Orient Bay; thence
northwesterly along said ordinary high water mark 390 feet, more
or less, ; thence along the southeasterly line of other land of
the parties of the first part and passing through a concrete
monument set about 35 feet northeasterly along said line, North
330 29' 10" East, 220 feet, more or less, to the center of said
inlet leading from Pete Neck Creek; thence along the center of
said inlet southeasterly and then northeasterly about 200 feet to
the point of beginning.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the
parties of the first part, of in and to the land under water in
OrientBay lying contiguous to said premises.
Together with a right-of-way for ingress and egress across
the road owned by the party of the first part running through
"Little Woods" from the property herein above conveyed to King
Street.
Subject to a declaration of covenants and restrictions
affecting the herein described property to be hereinafter made by
the party of the first part and recorded in the Office of the
Clerk of the County of Suffolk, State of New York.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE a part of the same premises
conveyed to the party of the first part by deed dated July 29,
195:3 and recorded at the office of the Clerk of the County of
Suffolk on May 26, 1961 in Liber 49,91 of conveyances at Page 590.
EXCEPTING from the above described parcel all that certain
plot, piece or parcel of land acquired by the State of New York
and described in a certain Map and Description of Real Property
Dated October 3 , 1990 recorded at the office of the Clerk of the
County of Suffolk in Liber 11161 at Page 078 as follows:
ALL that tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in
Orient, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, State of New York,
being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at 'a point on the westerly line of a private road,
said point being on the division line of land of Mary Louise
Blank on the north and George R. Latham Jr. on the south.
Running thence from said point of beginning along the
westerly line of the private road, S. 280 37 ' 39" E. 131. 00 feet
to a point.
Running thence through land of George R. Latham, Jr. S. 480
27' 49" W. 213 . 54 feet and N. 860 30' 00" W. 70. 00 feet to a
point, and land of Mary Louise Blank.

Running thence along land of Mary Louise Blank, the
following three courses and distances:
1. N. 190 33 ' 51" E. 147 . 15 feet
2 . N. 880 35' 08" E. 82 . 48 feet
3 . N. 170 28 ' 15" E. 117. 05 feet to the westerly
line of the private road, and the point or place of beginning,
containing an area of 0. 5412 of an acre more or less.
This deed is a correction deed given by the party of the
first part to the party of the second part for the purpose of
correcting the description contained on the following deeds:
1) Deed from George R. Latham, Jr. to Priscilla Latham Jamieson
dated December 18 , 1997, recorded at the office of the Clerk
of the County of Suffolk on January 14 , 1998 , in Liber 11872
of conveyances at Page 902 .
2) Deed from George R. Latham, Jr. to Priscilla Latham Jamieson
dated April 3 , 1998, recorded at the office of the Clerk of
the County of Suffolk on May 1, 1998, in Liber 11891 of
conveyances at Page 280.
Ownership of the property is as follows:
GEORGE R. LATHAM, JR. , residing at Peters Neck, Orient, New
York 11957, as to a ten (10%) percent interest, and
PRISCILLA LATHAM JAMIESON, residing at 1188 Greenwood
Circle, Woodstock, Illinois 60098 , as to a ninety (90%)
percent interest.
