WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
.or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
.ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
:lying and being imthK at Orient, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk ,
and State of New York , being more particularly bounded and described

BEGINNING at a point on the southwesterly line of a 25 foot right of

the premises herein described
running thence along other land of the party of the first part two

mark of Orient Harbor
thence northwesterly along said high water mark 200 feet, more or
less , to other land of said party of the first part

more or less , to the point of beginning. Containing 67, 000 square

TOGETHER with a right of way over said 25 foot right of way from the
premises northwesterly to King Street.

any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
