follows:

Marion, in the Town of Southold. County of Suffolk and State of New York, being known and
designated as and by Lot 9 shown on a certain map entitled, "Map of Summit Estates. Section
I", filed in the Office of the Suffolk Count Clerk on 11/22/93 as Map No. 9426. Lot 9 includes
approximately 30,000 square feet.
