WlTNESSETH, that the party of the first part. in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration paid by
the party of the second part. does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part. the heirs or successors and
assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and
being ~

designated as Lot no.8 on a certain map entitled, "Map of Summit Estates Section I ", and filed in the Office of the
Clerk of the County of Suffolk on November 22, 1993, as Map No. 9426, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Northwesterly side of Marina Lane, distant 107.78 f~et Southwesterly from the
extreme Southerly end of a curve connecting the Southwesterly side of Shipyard Lane with the North~vesterly side of
Marina Lane;
RUNNING THENCE South 52 degrees 14 minutes 08 seconds West, along the Northwesterly side of Marina Lane,
168.67 feet;
THENCE North 37 degrees 45 minutes 52 seconds West, 162.74 feet;
THENCE North 56 degrees 24 minutes 22 seconds East, 98.61 feet;
THENCE North 33 degrees 35 minutes 38 seconds West, 49.89 feet;
THENCE North 52 degrees 14 minutes 08 seconds East, 66.69 feet;
THENCE South 37 degrees 45 minutes 52 seconds East, 205.32 feet to the Northwesterly side of Marina Lane, the
point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING part of the same premises described in the deed to the party of the first part here~n by deed from Zena Kaplan
and Rhoda Kaplan, dated December 30, 1985, recorded February 10, 1986 in Liber 9976 page 456 (affects premises
and more). Said premises are known and designated as District 1000, Section 035.00, Block 08.00, Lot 005.012.
THIS CONVEYANCE tins been made ~vith the unanimous consent in writing of all the stockholders of the party of
the first part.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part, in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above-described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the
estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein
granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby
the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, irt compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the
first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consider-
ation as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first part has duly executed this deed the day and year first above
written.
