as tenants in common
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration ofTen Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying
and being in the

RESERVING unto George W. Clark a life estate in the above described premises for
and during the natural life of George W. Clark and upon his death, the remainder
shall vest in Gloria J. Murphy and Nancy Harting and their assigns forever.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part
b? Deed dated 9/27/78 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on 10/12/78
in Liber 8513 page 64.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part of, in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above-described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights &the party of the first part in and to said promises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD
the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of
th,: second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby
the said premises have been incumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the
first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration
as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same
first to the payment &the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other
purpose. ..
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.

ALL that ce~tain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvemena thereon erected, situate,
lying.nd beiaginthe Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
known and designated as Lots No. 101 and part of Lot No. 100 on a certain map
entitled, "Map of Gardiners Bay Estates, Section 2", and filed in the Office of
the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on September 23, 1927 as Map No. 275, being
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of an unnamed road where it is intersected
by the northerly side of Lot 102, both as shown on said map; running thence South
81 degrees 28 minutes 50 seconds West, along the northerly side of Lots 102 and 106,
as shown on said map, 174.50 feet; thence North 15 degrees 31 minutes 10 seconds
West, for part of the distance, along the easterly side of Lot 107 on said map,
81.34 feet; thence North 64 degrees 10 minutes 50 seconds East, along land now or
formerly of Schneider and along land now or formerly of Gardiners Bay Co., 136.68
feet to the westerly side of said road; thence along the westerly side of said
road on the following tie lines, (1) South 30 degrees O1 minutes 10 seconds East,
70 feet and (2) South 35 degrees ].2 minutes 20 seconds East, 62.93 feet to the
point or place of BEGINNING.
