THIS INDENTURE, made the 3'd day of October in the year Two Thousand Two

WITNESSETH, that the party ofthe first part, in consideration often dollars and other valuable
consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of
the second pm't, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.

intersected by the northeasterly corner oflmld conveyed by Joseph Cherepowlch and wife to
Russell H. Reeves and Mildred M. Reeves, his wife, by deed recorded March 4, 1966 in Liber
5920 at page 321, which point is distant 130 feet easterly from the comer formed by the
intersection of the southerly side of said "Private Road" with the easterly side of Shipyard Lane
and from said point of beginning running thence eionS the southerly side of said "Private Road"
North 73 degrees 53 minutes 10 seconds East 103.75 feet and North 64 degrees 51 minutes ! 0
seconds Fast 26.25 feet to land now or formerly of Clerk~ atoning thence along said land South
25 degrees 08 minutes $0 seconds East 107.62 feet to land now or formerly of Northern Oyster
Co.~ running thence along sa~d land South 68 degrees 09 minutes 00 seconds West I28.92 feet to
the southeasterly corner of land so conveyed to said Recves~ running thence along to the easterly
side of seid land North 25 degrees 08 minutes 50 seconds West ] 16~59 feet to the southerly side
of said "Private Road" at the point or place of BEGITq-NING.
TOGETHER with a right-of-way over said 50 foot "Private Road" from the northeasterly comer
of the premises above described westerly about 260 feet to Shipyard Lane.
PARTY OF THE FIRST PART, RICHARD MCKENZIE, HEREBY RESERVES UNTO
HIMSELF A LIFE ESTATE IN THESE PREMISES.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the fi~rat part by
