Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party
of the first part herein by deed from Charles M. Kunzman and Helen
gunzman, his wife, dated June 16, 1950, recorded in Liber 3090 at
page 557 in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office.
This entire conveyance is subject to Gordon E. Rackett a~d Nathalie
L. Rackett, his wife, holding a life estate during their respective
lifetimes and they shall each individually have exclusive right of
