North 65 degrees 26 minutes 20 seconds East 150.00 feet-' 2. South 24 de~rees .33 minutes 40 seconds East 100 feet; THENCE along land of Michael Boken and wife, South 65 degrees 26 minutes 20 seconds West 150 feet to the easterly line of Shipyard Lane to the point or place of BEGINNING: BEING AND INTENDED to be the same premises conveyed to the puny oftbe first part by dccd dated 6/15/98 and recorded on 7/8/98 in Liber 11903, Page -341.
