WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate.

13EGINNING at a point on the easterly line of Knoll Circle marking the division
of the dividing line of Lots 37 and 38;
RUNNING THENCE through 38, 660 40' 10" East 69. 38 feet;
RUNNING THENCE through 38 and 37, South 430 52' 50" east, 90. 10 feet;
RUNNING THENCE North 460 07' 10" East 10. 50 feet to Spring Pond;
RUNNING THENCE in a southeasterly direction along Spring Pond which is also

roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
