WALZ AND LESLIE WALZ, HIS WIFE DATED FEBRUARY 3, 1981 * This Rider is to be filed simultaneously with the Deed attached hereto, to which this Rider is a part thereof. ** TOGETHER with all right, title and interest of the party of the first part, of, in and to the adjoining premises on the South, lying between the highwater mark of Gardiner's Bay as it existed in May 1926 and the present highwater mark of said Gardiner's Bay. TOGEKHER ALSO with all of the right, title and interest of the party of the first part in and to the waters in and the land under the water in Gardiner's Bay, lying immediately in front of said premises. TOGETHER ALSO with all the right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part, of, in and to Old Orchard Lane, lying in front of and adjoining said premises on the westerly side thereof. TOGETHER ALSO with easement over beach as contained in Liber 1461 of Deeds at page 299. TOGETHER WITH a right of way over all streets, avenues, and lanes as shown on said map to pass and repass for street purposes, but no fee to the land in said streets, avenues or lanes is conveyed hereby.
