Applicant has received permission from Zina Chugin, who owns premises on the Main Road, to locate a directional sign on her property. The art studio is beneficial to the public, at large, in particular, Cutchogue from both an aesthetic and cultural aspect. The permission to maintain the sign would be beneficial to the traveling public. A sketch is submitted separ- ately showing the proposed design of the sign, which sign would be in conjunction with a sign for Zina Chugin Beauty Salon and would be located and would be of such size so ~/s to meet the town requirements.
