A certain map subdividing such tract of .land and other land situate in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, into lots , plots , block, or sites , entitled and named as "Map of Orient-by-the-Sea, Section 2" situate ;iat Orient Point, Suffolk County, New York, surveyed and sub- divided by Otto W. Van Tuyl & Son, licensed land surveyors, filed in the Suffolk County Clerk ' s Office on the 26th day i of October, 1961 , as Map No. 3444 . 2 . More than two years have elapsed since the filing of said map. 3. The following streets and portions thereof on said map are within the bounds of the said tract of land owned by the undersigned and hereinbefore described in para- : graph "3" to wit, Uhl Lane, Andrea Place and King Farm Road , and Park View Lane from Ryder Farm Lane to the Map of Orient- by-the-Sea, Section 2 , inclusive, and the said mentioned streets or portions thereof are neither open, or public high- :ways , nor used by the public, nor necessary for the use of !owners , occupants, or any other persons having an interest ! in any part of the said subdivision of lands shown on said ,map. - 2 - 5 . Said WOODHOLLOW PROPERTIES , INC. , is the owner of the said tract of land described in Paragraph "3" hereof, including the streets and portions thereof mentioned in Paragraph "4 " hereof; and the subdivision of the tract and ' the said streets and portions thereof ARE HEREBY ABANDONED IAND CANCELLED; and, effective with the due approval and re- cording hereof, shall no longer exist. Hereto annexed and made a part hereof is a map I jof Orient-by-the-Sea on which is indicated the said subdivi- sion of the land owned by the said WOODHOLLOW PROPERTIES , INC. , and also the said streets and portions thereof, .which are hereby abandoned and cancelled. 7. Endorsed hereon is the approval by the Board of Assessors of said Town of Southold. 8. Submitted herewith is an abstract of the title lof the said tract of land to be abandoned covering a period iof at least twenty years last past, and a report of a tax search by a licensed title company to the effect that there are no unpaid tax liens against the said lands , to be approved ' by the County Clerk of Suffolk County at the time of record- ing hereof.
