ANDREW P. KRUPSKI, residing at 7 Helms Avenue Extension,
Miller Place, New York 11764, for the purpose of abandoning
and cancelling the subdivision of the certain tract of
land owned by him and hereinafter described, pursuant to
Subdivision 3 of Section 335 of the Real Property Law of the
State of New York, does hereby certify:
1 . A certain map subdividing such tract of land and
other land situate in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County,
New York, into lots entitled and named as "Map of
Subdivision Property of Jonathan T. Overton, situate at
Southold, New York" , surveyed and subdivided by Otto W.
Van Tuyl, licensed surveyor, Greenport, New York, was filed
in the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office on January 4, 1932 as
Map No. 1103 .
2 . More than twenty (20) years have elapsed since the
filing of the map.
3 . Th6, tract of land owned by the undersigned, the
subdivision of which is to be abandoned and cancelled, is
situate in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York,
has an area equivalent to that of two or more contiguous
lots and is known and described as Lots 23, 24 and 25 on the
"Map of Subdivision Property of Jonathan T. Overton, situate
at Southold, New York" .
4 . Andrew P. Krupski is the owner of the tract of land

described above in Paragraph 3; and the subdivision of the
tract portions thereof ARE HEREBY ABANDONED AND CANCELLED;
and, effective with the due approval and recording hereof,
shall no longer exist.
5 . Endorsed hereon is the approval by the Board of
Assessors of the Town of Southold.
6 . Submitted herewith is an abstract of title of the
tract of land to be abandoned covering a period of at least
twenty (20) years last past, and a report of a tax search by
Ticor Title Guarantee Company to the effect that there are
no unpaid tax liens against the land, to be approved by the
Clerk of Suffolk County at the time of recording hereof .
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this Certificate is made and
executed this day of March, 1995 .

APPROVAL BY ASSESSOR FOR THE ABANDONMENT OF
MAPPED PROPERTY WITHIN THE TOWN OF SOUTHOLD
COUNTY OF SUFFOLK, STATE OF NEW YORK
I, SCOTT RUSSELL, Chairman of the Board of Assessor ' s of
the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, State of New York,
has examined and reviewed the Certificate of Abandonment
attached herewith, and according to my best information and
belief, the petitioner has met all requirements of the laws
governing the abandonment of lots, if any, on said filed
map.
THEREFORE, I, the undersigned, Chairman of the Board of
Assessor ' s of the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, State
of New York, do hereby consent and approve the attached
Certificate of Abandonment, which is to be promptly filed
in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County, at Riverhead,
New York.
Signed this 14th day of March, 1995, at Southold Town
Hall, 53095 Main Road, Southold, Suffolk County, New York.
