PURSUANT TO SUB-DIVISION 3 OF SECTION 335 OF
THE REAL PROPERTY LAW OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK
ELSIE LYNN PARKIN N/K/A ELSIE LYNN JERRED, residing at

for the purpose of abandoning and cancelling the sub-divisions of
a certain tract of land, owned by me and hereafter-_described; T
pursuant to Sub-Division 3 of Section 335 of the Real Property Law
/J J of the State of New York, do hereby certify:
1. That a certain map sub-dividing such tract of land-and Other "
' ! land situate in the Town of Southold, County of SuffO 4;�4nd Fatate <

of New York, into lots, plots, blocks and streets, enticed "Map of v
Nassau Farms, " filed in the office of the Clerk of the County of
Suffolk on March 28, 1935 as Map No. 1179.
2. That more than 20 years have elapsed since the filing of said
map.
3 . That the tract of land owned by the undersigned is situate in
the Town of Southold and consists of an area not less than-,one-half
acre consisting of the plot, described as follows:
ALL that certain plot, piece of parcel of land, situate, lying
and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
New York, known as part of Plot 150 on a map entitled, "Map of
Nassau Farms" filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of
Suffolk on March 28, 1935 as Map No. 1179, which part of plot is
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Bay Avenue (Skunk
Lane) distant 583 .25 feet westerly from the intersection of the
westerly side of Pine Tree Road with the northerly side of Bay
Avenue;

RUNNING THENCE along the northerly side of Bay Avenue (Skunk
Lane) , South 75 degrees 46 minutes 30 seconds West, 253 . 0_ feet;
THENCE North 16 degrees 25 minutes 30 seconds West, 249.51
feet;
THENCE North 61 degrees 42 minutes East, 55.77 feet;
THENCE North 77 degrees 42 minutes 00 seconds East, 194 . 23
feet;
THENCE South 17 degrees 25 minutes 50 seconds East, 256.95 feet
to the northerly side of Bay Avenue (Skunk Lane) , the point or
place of BEGINNING.
4 . That the Plot above mentioned is unimproved for the use of any
owning occupant or any other persons having an interest in any part
of the said sub-division of lands as shown on the aforesaid map.
5. That the said part of Plot is hereby abandoned and cancelled
and effective with due approval and recording thereof, -said-part of —
plot shall no longer exist.
6. Endorsed hereon will be the approval of the Board of Assessors
of the Town of Southold.
7. Submitted herewith is an Abstract of Title to said part of Plot
to be abandoned covering a period of at least 20 years last past
and a certificate of a licensed Title Company to the effect that
there are no unpaid taxes or tax liens against said lands.
