CERTIFICATE OF ABANDONMENT
PURSUANT TO SUB-DIVISION 3 OF SECTION 335 OF
THE REAL PROPERTY LAW OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK
EMMAGENE KAMAIKO, residing at 41 Sterling Place, Brooklyn,
N.Y. 11217, for the purpose of abandoning and cancelling the
subdivisions of a certain tract of land, owned by me and
hereinafter described, pursuant to Sub-division 3 of Section
335 of the Real Property Law of the State of New York, do
hereby certify:

1. That a certain map sub-dividing such tract of land
situate in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State
of New York, into lots, plots, blocks and streets, entitled
"Map of Arshamomoque Villa Sites", filed in the office of
the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on September ;k1, 1911 as
File No. 52.
2. That more than 20 years have elapsed since the
filing of said map.
3. That the tract of land owned by the undersigned is
situate in the Town of Southold and is known and described
in the attached "Schedule A" which is made a part of this
certification.
4. That the area to be abandoned is greater than one-
half acre or consists of two or more contiguous lots and any
streets or portions thereof shown on the Map herein
referenced and which are entirely within the bounds of the
property to be abandoned, are neither opened, nor public
highways, nor used by the public, nor necessary for the use
of the owners, occupants or any other persons having an
interest in any part of the subdivision.
5. That the said Lots are hereby ABANDONED AND
CANCELLED and effective with due approval and recording
thereof, said lots shall no longer exist.
6. Endorsed hereon is the approval of the Assessor of
the Town of Southold.

7. Submitted herewith is an abstract of title
covering a period of at least 20 years last past, and a
report of tax search by Fidelity National Title Insurance
Company of New York to the effect that there are no unpaid
tax liens on or against the said lands.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this Certificate is made and
executed this j day of July, 1998.

SCHEDULE A
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at "Pipes Neck"
Arshamamoque, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York.
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point marked by a concrete monument which point is where the
division line between Lots 33 and 33A intersects the most southerly corner of Lot 34 as
shown on Map of Arshamanoque Villa Sites filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office
on Sept. 21, 1911 as Map No. 52, which point is also distnat 717.37 feet northerly,
easterly and northeasterly when measured along the easterly, southerly and
southeasterly sides of a right of way from a monument on the northeasterly side of
Pipes Neck Road, which last mentioned monument marks the beginningpoint of the
right of way hereinafter described, and from said point of beginning first above
described;
RUNNING THENCE along the southeasterly side of Lot 34 and along the
southeasterly side of Lot 37 and the continuation northeasterly thereof, on said map and
along the southeasterly side of the right of way hereinafter described North 45 degrees
01 minutes 00 seconds East 180 feet to the ordinary high water mark of Pipes Cove;
RUNNING THENCE in a general southeasterly and southerly direction along said
ordinary high water mark 310 feet, more or less, the tie lines of which bear South 30
degrees 45 minutes 30 seconds East 128.86 feet and South 16 degrees 12 ninutes 50
seconds West 170.38 feet to land now or formerly of Alfred Homan and others at a
point which is South 44 degrees 43 minutes 00 seconds East 207.0 feet fro the point of
beginning first above described;
RUNNING THENCE along said land and in part along the division lite between Lots
33 and 33A on said map North 44 degrees 43 minutes 00 seconds 207.0 feet to the
point or place of beginning fust above mentioned.
The above described premises also known as Lots 33A, 35, 36 and part of Appleby
Place as shown on Map of Arshamomoque Villa Sites and filed in the Suffolk County
Clerk's Office on 9/21/11 as Map No. 52.

ABANDONMENT OF MAPPED PROPERTY WITHIN THE
TOWN OF SOUTHOLD
I, Scott A. Russell, the Assessor of the Town of
Southold, Suffolk County, New York, have examined and
reviewed the Certificate of Abandonment attached hereto.
I, the undersigned, Assessor of the Town of Southold,
Suffolk County, New York, do hereby consent and approve the
attached Certificate of Abandonment, which is to be promptly
filed in the office o the Suffolk County Clerk.
