other land situate in the Town of Southold, County of (Suffolk and
State of New York, into lots, plots, blocks and streets'' entitled
"Map of Sterling Manor filed in the office of the Clerk of the
County of Suffolk on June 18 , 1873 as Map No. 53 .
2 . That, more than 20 years have elapsed since the,. filing of

thence easterly North 72 degrees 26 minutes 20 seconds East, 120
feet to a point along the westerly line of lot 62 of said map;
THENCE southerly along the westerly line of Lot 62 , South 17
degrees 32 minutes 40 seconds East, 40 feet to a point along the
northerly line of Lot 78 of said map;
THENCE westerly along the northerly line of lot 78 , North 72
degrees 26 minutes 35 seconds West 41 . 25 feet to a point ;
THENCE northerly and westerly through Lot 61 of said map the
following two courses and distances :
(1) North 16 degrees 16 minutes 40 seconds West, 19 . 86 feet to a
point ;
