KEVIN L. URBAN and LEONA L. URBAN,both residing at 327 Fourth
Street, Greenport, NY 11944, for the purpose of abandoning and canceling the
subdivision of a certain tract of land owned by them and hereinafter described,
pursuant to New York Real Property Law Section 353(3), does hereby certify as
follows:
1. A certain map dividing such tract of land and other land situate in the
Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, State of
New York, into lots plots, blocks or sites, with opened and proposed
roads, entitled, "Map of Commissioners Sale of Wiggins Estate" was
filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk in 1853 as Map
No. 534;
2. More than two years have elapsed since the filing of said map, and the
undersigned are the owners of property which has an area equivalent to
that of two contiguous lots on such tract which is to be abandoned and

canceled, which is situate in the Village of Greenport, Town of
Southold, County of Suffolk, State of New York, and more particularly
described in"Schedule A," a copy of which is attached as Exhibit A and
made a part hereof;

R The undersigned do hereby ABANDON and CANCEL the subdivision

Kul of such tract of land described in"Schedule A" which shall no longer
exist upon the approval and recording of this certificate;
Endorsed herein is the approval of the Assessor of the Town of
Southold, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit B and made a part
hereof, and
5. An abstract of title for the property to be abandoned, covering a period
of at least the last twenty (20) years prepared by Commonwealth Land
Title Insurance Company (No. RH 05302529) includes a tax search
which states that there are no unpaid tax liens against such property to
be abandoned, to be approved by the Clerk of Suffolk County when this
certificate is presented for recording.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this Certificate of Abandonment is made and
executed thi day of April 2005.

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the Incorporated Village
of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, being known as Parts
of Lots 33 and 34 on a certain map entitled, "Map of Commissioners Sale of Wiggins Estate" and
filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk in 1853, as Map Number 534, which said
parts of lots when taken together are bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at the corner formed by the intersection of the Westerly side of Fourth Street with
the Southerly side of Flint Street;
RUNNING THENCE South 7 degrees 17 minutes 30 seconds West along the Westerly side of
Fourth Street, 100.64 feet;
RUNNING THENCE North 82 degrees 46 minutes 10 seconds West 155.95 feet;
RUNNING THENCE North 7 degrees 17 minutes 30 seconds East 100.52 feet to the Southerly side
of Flint Street;
RUNNING THENCE South 82 degrees 48 minutes 40 seconds East along the Southerly side of Flint
Street, 155.95 feet to the corner aforesaid, the point or place of BEGINNING.

Approval of the Southold Town Assessor for Abandonment of Mapped Property
within the Town of Southold
I, Scott A. Russell, Assessor of the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, State of
New York, have examined and reviewed the Certificate of Abandonment attached hereto.
The undersigned, Assessor of the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, State of
New York, does hereby consent and approve of the attached Certificate of Abandonment,
which is to be promptly filed in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County.
