LAND CORP., a domestic corporation, duly organiz. ed and existing pursuant to the Laws o f the State of New York, having its principal office at 7 Bruno Street, Huntington, New York, for the p~c pose of abandoning and cancelling the subdivision of the certain tract of land owned by it and hereinafter described, pursuant to Subdivision 3 of Section 335 of the Real Property Law of the State of New York, does hereby certify: 1. That a certain map subdividing such tract of land and other land situate in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, into lots, plots, block or sites, entitled and named as "Map of Blue Horizons, Section 1, at Peconic," filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on August 16, 1965, as Map No. 4436. 2. That more than two years have elapsed since the filing of said map. 3. Thai the tract of land o~ned by the undersigned, the subdivision of which is to be abandoned and cancelled, is situate in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, has an area equivalent to that of not less than one-half acre, and is known and described as all of the following lots on said map: Lots Nos. 1 through ll, inclusive 4. That the following street and portions thereof on said map are within the bounds of the said tract of land owned by the undersigned, to wit: Vail Drive and said street is to be abandoned. 5. Thai the said C. P.F. LAND CORP. is the owner of said tract of land described in paragraph "3" hereof, including the said Vail Drive mentioned in paragraph "4" hereof. 6. Endorsed hereon is the approval of the Assessor of the said Town of Southold. 7. Submitted herewith is an abstract of the title of the said tract of land to be abandoned covering a period of at least twenty years last past, and a certificate of the County Treasurer of Suffolk County to the effect that there are no unpaid tax liens against the said land, to be approved by the County Clerk of Suffolk County at the time of recording hereof.
