Dear Mr. Mathers:
I am in receipt of your letter dated August 11, 2006, requesting me to sign an
approval for the abandonment of a portion of Sound View Drive in Orient.
I am unable to consent to the proposed abandonment, inasmuch as I am
informed by numerous residents within the subdivision that the road is used by them
and/or necessary for their use, both now and in the future.
