RUNNING THENCE North 90 43 ' 10" West along the easterly side of Rocky
Point Road a distance of 303. 77 feet to a monument;

Myrsiadis a distance of 163. 98 feet to a monument;
THENCE South 110 12 ' 10" East along land now or formerly of G.S .
Nowell, a distance of 301. 52 feet to a monument;
THENCE South 740 32 ' 10" West along land now or formerly of Isaac T.
Edwards a distance of 171. 96 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
