East, 78.19 feet;

East, 125.38 feel to the northerly side of Main Road;
TH]ENCE along the northerly side of Main Road, North 84 degrees 01 minutes 40 seconds
W~st. 64.65 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by
deed dated 8/13/66, and recorded on 8/16/66 in the Office of the Suffolk County Clerk in
Liber 6012, Page 557. and by deed dated 6/9/92. and recorded 6/22192 in thc Office of the
Suffolk County Clerk in Liber 11487, Page 542.
TO~3ETHER with all right, title and intnrest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any
streets and roads abutting the above described premises to thc center lines thereof; TOGETHER
with thc appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and Io said
premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second
part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party ofthe second part forever.
AND thc party of thc first pan covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered
anything whereby thc said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as
aforo.~id.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 oflh¢ Lien Law, covenants that
the party of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the
righl to receive such consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the
cost of' the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the
improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
