division line between the northwesterly side of premises herein described and the southeasterly
side of land now or formerly of Rowson intersects the southwesterly side of Bay Avenue;
RUNNING THENCE along the southwesterly side of Bay Avenue, South 29 degrees 06
minutez 40 seconds East, a distance of 75.00 fi.'~t to a concrete rnonument and the
northwesterly side of land now or formerly of Proios;
THENCE along last mentioned land, South 56 deg~ws 35 minut~ 20 seco~ls West, a distance
