ALT that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the Village of East Marion in the 'Town of Southold, County, of Suffolk
and State of New York, bounded and described as follows: Northerly partly by a
thirty-foot road laid out through land of Clark T. Lamphear, deceased eighty-two
(82) feet and partly by land formerly of 'Nathan H. Dickerson one hundred thirty-
eight (138) feet; Easterlyby land belonging to the Estate of George Tuthill deceased
one hundred (100) feet; southerly by land belonging to the Estate of Clark T.
Lamphear, deceased two hundred tv.enty (220) feet and Westerly by a forty(40) foot
ci road laid out through the land of said Clark T. Lamphear, deceased one hundred
(100) feet.

U3 Board of the American Baptist Convention (a New York corporation), said deed
being dated the 11th day of December, 1957 and recorded in the office of the
