consideration paid by the party of the second pan, does hereby grant and release unto the party of thc

situate, lying ned being at East Marion, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
bounded and described as follows:

BEING AND INTENDED 'FO BE the same premises described in the deed of the pa~ties of the first
part herein by deed dated June 23, 1972, recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on July 17,
1972 in Liber 7198 Page 591t.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets
and roads abulting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the
appurtenances, and also all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said p~mises:
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND thc party of thc first part covenants that the party of the first pan has not done or suffered
anything whereby thc said premises have been cucumbcred in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND thc party of the first part. in compliaucc with Section 13 of thc Lien Law, covenants that thc
party of the first part will reecive the considcration for this conveyauce and will hold the right to
receive such consideration a~ a trust fund to be applied first for thc purpose of paying thc cost of the
improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of thc cost of improvement before using any
part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
Thc word "party'* shall be con~trued as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so
requires.
