THE RESERVED LIFE ESTATE has been extinguished by the death of JOHN H. BILLMAN, who
died a resident of Hamilton County, City of Carmel and State of Indiana on January 13, 2003 nnd further
extinguished by the death of NANNIE B. DILLMAN, who died n resident of Marion County. City or'
Indianapolis` State of Indiana, on January 15, 2003.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, ifany, ofthe party of the first pan in and to any streets and
ruuds abutting the above described prentises to thc center lines thereof,
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights oflhe party o£ the first part in and to
said premises.
