GORGA, SR., residing at 310 Woodland Avenue, Manozville, New York 11949 Manorville, New York 11949, and %~/LLIAMJ. GORGA, residing at 5,68 Armstrong Avenue, Staten Island, New York 10308, as Co-Trustees of T~E JOHI~ J. GORGA, SR. I~/~'gOCABLE TRUST AGREE~ENT, dated February 27, 2003 party of the second l~art, Witnesseth, that the~arty of the first Dart, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second Dart forever, in SEE SCHEDULE "A" ATTACHED Being and Intended to be the same premises conveyed to the Grantor herein by Deed dated Nove~be,r 19, 1993 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on Deceeber 3, 1993 in Liber 11654 at Page 424. Together with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center.lines thereof; Together with the appurtenances and al~ the estate and rights of the ~rty of the first part in and to said premises; TO have and to hold the'premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the ~rty of the second,art forever. and the party of the first ~art covenants that the Derty of the first Dart has not done or suffered anything whereby the said premises have been encurabered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid. Page I of 2 Pages and the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of ~aying the cost of improvement end will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using' any ~art of the total of the same for any other purpose. The word 'party" shall be construed as if it read 'parties' whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
