Sullivan, residing at 47 Schuyler Avenue, Rockville Centre, New York l 1570 (hereinafter referred to as "Grantor") convcying her 50% interest, and Ellen M. Moleno, residing at 94 Hamilton Road, Rockville Centre, New York 11570 and Paul E Sullivan, residing at 83 Capitolean Boulevard, Rockville Centre, New York 11570, as Trustees of the Ellen J. Sullivan Irrevocable Trust dated January 19. 2006 (ho~einafler referred to as "Grantee"). BEING the same premises conveyed to Ellen J. Sullivan (50% ownership), Ellen Sullivan- Moleno (10% ownership), Paul T. Sullivan (10% ownership), Kevin J. Sullivan (10% ownership, Patricia Sullivan-Kriss (10% ownership) and Kathlenn Sullivan-Jordan (I 0% ownership) by deed dated December 26, 1995 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on January 12, 1996 in Liber 11758 at Page 22.
