Suffolk County Clerk's Office on September 23, 1927 under No. 27~ which
said lots when taken together are bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at the corner formed by the intersection of the southerly
side of North Lane with the westerly side of Sylvan Drive; running thence
South 31° 01' 30" East along the westerly side of Sylvan Drive a distance
of 78.50 feet; thence South 58° 58' 30" West a distance of 100.00 feet;
thence North 31° 01' 30" West a distance of 150.00 feet to the southerly
side of North Lane; thence South 85° 31' 00" East along the southerly side
of North Lane a distance of 122.91 feet to the westerly side of Sylvan
Drive at the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by deed dated
August 11, 1981 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on
August 20, 1981 in Liber 9056 Page 63.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part, in and to any streets and roads
abutling the above-described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the
