THIS INDENTURE, made the 21st day of September , ninetern hundred and seventy-three,
BETWEEN Edgar W. Hawkins, devisee under the last will and testament of
G Helen Hildegarde Hawkins, deceased, residing at 12060 Main Road, East
/ Marion, New York,

party of the first part, and Edward T. Burton and Norma Louise Burton, his wife,
both residing at 28 Long Street, Huntington Station, New York,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
Z or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,. situate,
.� lying and being frlxlhx at East Marion, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State
iaz of Netyv York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Main Road at the northeasterly
corner of the land now or formerly of Raymond Miller and the northwesterly
C' corner of premises to be described; and from said point of beginning, running
along the southerly side of Main Road, two courses, (1) north 52°48130" east,
21.. 86 feet, (2) north 45°00100" east, 14. 20 feet; running thence along land
r° now or formerly of Limouze the following three courses and distances: . (1) south
s„ 38"50' east, 194 feet, more or less; (2) thence southwesterly through high water
mark 5. 00 feet; (3) thence southeasterly 30. 00 feet, more or less, to'brdinary
high water mark of Orient Harbor; running thence southwesterly, along said
ordinary high water mark, 60 feet, more or less, to land now or forxnefly;of
Miller; running thence along said land of Miller, north 31"10140" west, 2�2
feet, more or less, to the point or place of beginning.
SUBJECT to any state of facts an accurate survey might show.
TOGETHER with all of the right, title, and interest, if any, of the party of the
first part of, in, and to the land under the waters of Orient Harbor in front of
and adjoining said premises.
BEING and intended to be the same premises of which Helen Hildegarde HaAk ins
died seized.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part of, in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above-described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the

and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAV AND Tap y
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lim Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will appy
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,the party of the first part has duly executed this deed the day and year first above
written.
