BEGINNING at a point in the western edge of a 30 foot right of way i
leading from the Main State . Road #25 to Orient Harbor , said beginning "
point being further located South 17 degrees 39 minutes 30 seconds E
East 350 feet along the Mosback boundary line, and South 70 degrees
33 minutes 44 seconds West 193 .78 feet from the southern line of s
said main road and the northeasternmost corner of all of the Charles
Mosback parcel of land, said beginning point being, the northeastern-
most corner of Tract Two of the Mrs . Charles Mosback Minor Subdivision
as prepared by Roderick Van Tuyl, February 20 , 1974, and running it
from said beginning point so located with the western edge of said
30 foot right of way South 19 degrees 26 minutes 30 seconds East
546 .92 feet to a corner; thence North 70 degrees 33 minutes 40 seconds ;
East 12 feet ; thence continuing with a six foot right of way, South n
19 degrees 26 minutes 20 seconds East 74.16 feet to the ordinary high '
water mark of Orient Harbor; thence South 36 degrees 32 minutes 40
seconds West 109.03 feet to a corner, same being the southwesternmost
corner of the Mosback land; thence North 29 degrees 37 minutes 40
seconds West 693 feet and with the old Parker line to a corner; thence
North 70 degrees 33 es 40 seconds East 200 .97 feet to the point'
of beginning, bein 94129 square feet , more or less , and being all
of Lot #2 as designateif upon the Minor Subdivision made for Mrs . a
Charles Mosback by Roderick Van Tuyl dated February 20 , 1974 and
revised May 9 , 1974 to which reference is hereby made for a more
perfect and accurate description.
IT IS INTENDED BY THIS CONVEYANCE to convey and grant to the parties
of the second part the right and1xivilege to utilize said referred
right of way extending from the Main Road to Orient Harbor at all
times hereafter.
BEING A PORTION of the lands which Charles R. Mosback inherited from
his father , Alois A. Mosback, deceased. _
