The party of the first part may not appoint themselves, their estates, their creditors or the creditors of their estate, under any circumstances. THIS DEED IS AN EXERCISE OF THE SPECIAL POWER OF APPOINTMENT contained in a certain prior deed in respeet to the above-described premises dated Jub' 16, 1997, recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on August I$, 1997, in Liber 11846, Page 794; and it is further stated that the party of the first part continues to reserve the legal life estate as set forth in the aforementioned deed, ns well as her reservation of her special power of appointment set forth therein.
