BEGINNING at a point on the northeasterly line of Bay Avenue , where
the same is intersected by land now or formerly of Treau (acquired
by Liber 2474 cp 487) ;
RUNNING THENCE North 34 degrees 12 minutes 40 seconds West, along
the northeasterly side of Bay Avenue, 60 feet to the land now or
formerly of Longworth (acquired by Liber 5185 cp240) ;
THENCE along said Longworth' s land, North 55 degrees 47 minutes 20
seconds East, 70 feet to the mean high water line of Marion Lake;
RUNNING THENCE Southeasterly along the mean high water line of Marion
Lake to a point which when measured along a tie line bearing South
56 degrees 49 minutes 20 seconds East, a distance of 65 feet from

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the Grantors
herein by deed dated May 10 , 1974 and recorded in the Suffolk County
Clerk' s Office on May 16 , 1974 in Liber 7638 cp 330 .
THIS is a correction deed to correct deed dated May 5, 1979 made by
Kimon Retzos and Woodene Retzos, his wife, to Allen Campbell Schwab
and Richard Ernest Schwab, recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk ' s
Office in Liber 8622 at page 374 on May 9, 1979, which said deed was
? \ a Bargain and Sale Deed without Covenant Against Grantor ' s Acts whereas
it should be a Bargain and Sale Deed with Covenant Against Grantor ' s
Acts. In all other respects the deed of May 5 , 1979 is hereby confirmed.
