Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly aide of Main Road where same is
intersected by land now or formerly of Fried with the northerly side of Main
Road;
RUNNING westerly along said northerly side of Main Road on a curve to the
left, having a radius of 2898.00 feet, a distance of 62.30 feet;
THENCE along a 30 foot right of way, two (2) courses:
1) North 61 degrees 28 minutes West 161.99 feet; Thence
2) North 15 degrees 30 minutes West 140.00 feet;
THENCE North 69 degrees 27 minutes 30 seconds East 178.87 feet to tho first
above mentioned division line;
THENCE South 15 degrees 30 minutes East 260.00 feet to the northerly side of
Main Road and the point or place of BEGINNING.
