as follows:
BEGINNING et a point on the westerly line of Oyster Ponds Lane 548.32 feet northerly fi.om its intersection
with the northerly line of State Street or Skippers Lane;
RUNNING THENCE westor~y and along other land of the party of the first part North 64 degrees 19 minutes
West 182 feet;

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same prsm~ess conveyed to the party of the first part by deed made by
N.BERT A. ABERSMITH and REGINA M. ABERSMITH dated Fabrdary 28, 2004 and reco~led in the Suffolk
County Clerk's Office on March 24, 2004 in Libor 12309 at Page 396.
TOGETHER with all right, title and intarsst, If any, of the party of the first part in and to any afl.eats and roads

the estate and rights of the party of the fir'at part In and ta said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the
premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of

AND the party of the first part covenants that the pan'y of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
