point of beginning.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the parties of the first part by deed made by
Joseph J. Slewski and Anna M. $lewsid, his wife, dated Akorll 1, 1950 and recorded in the Suffolk County
Clerk's Office on May 18. 1950 in Libor 3077 of Deeds et Page 565.

first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to rer~ve sash consideration
as a t~ust fund to be applied flint for the puRPose of paying the cost of the improvement end will apply the same
first fo the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the totel of the same for any other
