by Deed dated June 15, 1965 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's
office on July 25, I967 in Liber 6190 of deeds at page 414 and to
Cyril Knight Lukeman by Deed dated December 12, 1964 and recorded in the
Suffolk County Clerk's Office on June 17, 1965 in Liber 5763 of deeds at
page 398.
FOGETHER With all.right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part, in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above-described premises to the center lines thereof; TOOETHER with the appurtenances and all the
estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein
grantcd unto thc party of the second parl, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
