TOGETHER with all righL title and interest, if any, oft.he party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof,
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of thc party of the first part in and to said
premises.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns oftbe party of the second part forever.
AND thc party oftbe t'wst part covenants that the par~, oflhe first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been incumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND THE party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the patty
of the first pa~ x%~ll receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such
consideration as a trust fund to be applied £ust for the purpose of paying the cost oftbe improvement, and
will apply the same first to the paymcot ofth~ cost oftbe improvement before using any part oftbe total of
the same for any other purpose. The word "party" shall be construed as il' it read "parties" whenever the
sense of this indenture so requires.
ALL THAT CERTAIN PLOT, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the Town of
Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York. bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at an interior point on the division line between the southerly line of land now or
formerly of Moor-Jankowski and the east comer of land now or formerly of L. Lionetti, and the northwest
comer of the hereinafter described parcel, said point being distant South 68 dagrces 26 minutes Fast 102.23
feet from the easterly side of Village Lane, as measured along said division line;
RUNNING THENCE along the southerly side of land now or formerly of Jankowski and along land
now or formerly of Wm. Schriever, South 68 dagrecs 26 minutes 'East 88.27 feet;
THENCE still along land now or forrtwxly of Wm. Schriever South 25 degrees 22 minutes 30
seconds West 63.75 feet to land now or formerly of L. Linnetti;
THENCE along said land the following two courses and distances:
1. North 63 degrees ~)1 minutes 30 seconds West 84.42 feet;
2. North 21 degrees 34 minutes East 55.66 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING
TOGETHER WITH a right of way for ing~-ss and egress as defined in agreement in Liber 7820 cp
257.
