Project Description: Replace/repair the existing front entry steps and open

Findings: The project meets all the requirements for issuance of an
Administrative Permit set forth in Chapter 275 of the Southold Town Code. The
issuance of an Administrative Permit allows for the operations as indicated on the
site plan prepared by P. Georgopoulos, Amhitects, last dated March 20, 2008,
and received on September 4, 2008.
Special Conditions: None.
Inspections: Final inspection.
If the proposed activities do not meet the requirements for issuance of an
Administrative Permit set forth in Chapter 275 of the Southold Town Code, a
Wetland Permit will be required.

The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the Town of Southold Town Code and
the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy Standards. Based upon the information provided on the LWRP
Consistency Assessment Form submitted to this department, as well as the records available to me, it is our recommendation that
the proposed action is EXEMPT pursuant to § 268-3; provided that the proposed actions meet at least one of the MINOR
ACTIONS listed below.
MINOR ACTIONS -- Include the following actions, which are not subject to review under this chapter:
Maintenance or repair involving no substantial changes in an existing structure or facility;
Replacement, rehabilitation or reconstruction of a structure or facility, in kind, on the same site, including

LWRP CONSISTENCY ASSESSMENT FORM

All applicants for permits* including Town of Southold agencies, shall complete this CCAF for
proposed actions that are subject to the Town of Southold Waterfront Consistency Review Law. This
assessment is intended to supplement other information used by a Town of Southold agency in
making a determination of consistency. *Except minor exempt actions including Building Permits
and other ministerial permits not located within the Coastal Erosion Hazard Area.
Before answering the questions in Section C, the preparer of this form should review the exempt
minor action list, policies and explanations of each policy contained in the Town of Southold Local
Waterfront Revitalization Program. A proposed action will be evaluated as to its significant

Enclosed is an application and $50.00 check. Also enclosed are two sets of plans and a
copy of the survey. (You should have a survey from my previous submission; but am
enclosing for ease of reference).
There is pending building permit application with the Town of Southold. The Building
Department is waiting on your approval before it will issue the permit.
The work is to replace the existing entryway (it was previously wood an has deteriorated)
and allow front yard garage access. All the work is done to an existing structure. No
additions are planned.
