first part by deed dated March 24, 2000 and recorded in the Suffolk
County Clerk's Office cm March 2?, 2000 at Liber 12030, page 221.

York, known and designated as part of Lot 3 and part of Lot 4 on
a certain map entitled, "Map of Willow Terrace, Section One at

Suffolk County Clerk's Office on November 28, 1969, as Map No.
5407, said premises being more particularly bounded and
described, with reference to said map as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly line of Willow Terrace Lane
20 feet southerly along said westerly line of Willow Terrace Lane
from the division line between Lot Nos. 2 and 3, as shown on said
Map, and
