This is a correction deed to correct deed dated July 12, 2000 between Chester M. Maye~ and Robin Mayer as the party of the first and Brian R. McCaffrey and Carol A. McCaffrey as party of the second part wherein the original description was incorrect and should have been as set forth herein. In all other respects the Deed of July 12, 2000 is confirmed as correct. BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the Grantor herein by deed datr May 29, 1985 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on June 13, 1985 in Liber 9810 cp. 86.
