THENCE North 10 degrees 23 minutes 50 seconds West along the last
mentioned land and along land now or formerly of Sarah Jane
Olmstead 25.12 feet to land now or formerly of Diane E. O'Connor
and Carol Leudesdorf;
THENCE North 73 degrees 57 minutes 30 seconds East along the last
mentioned land 244.22 feet to the southwesterly side of King
Street;
THENCE South 40 degrees 00 minutes 10 seconds East along the
southwesterly side of King Street 27.35 feet to the point or place
of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any
