Holzapfel and Joyee A. Holzapfel 257.80 feet to land now or formerly of Major Associ.~s; THENCE North 10 degrees 23 minutes 50 seconds West along the last mentioned land and along lend now or formerly of Sarah Jane Olmstead 85.62 feet to land now or formerly of Burke E. Liburt and Frances M. Liburt; THENCE North 75 degrees 17 minutes 00 seconds East along the last mentioned land 213.75 feet to the southwesterly side of King Sueetl THENCE South 40 degrees 00 minutes 10 seconds East along the southwesterly side of King Street 87.83 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING. BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same prunises conveyed to the party of the first ~ by deed dated 12/2912000, and recorded 1/12/2001, in the Office of the Suffolk County Clerk in Liher 12096, Page 635.
